Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear depending on the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Recovera™ is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Delayed Or Lost Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Recovera™ is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather disruptions, or other external factors beyond our control.
